Delivery
Our standard delivery period is within 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
If you choose express delivery, your helmet will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We utilize a third-party delivery contractor to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of your order.
Yes, express delivery comes with an additional cost. The delivery cost for express delivery will be quoted by our third-party delivery contractor, and the fee will be borne by the buyer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
For standard delivery, if there is no one available at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, there may be a rescheduling fee of $10. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the goods at the designated date and time to avoid any inconvenience.
