The following terms and conditions will apply to any order that you place with Little Bike Motor.  

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

a) you are at least eighteen (18) years old; and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

b) In describing the products available to purchase, we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, free gifts and prices or other content of any other services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 

c) Deliveries will be made only within Singapore except for restricted areas. Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavor to make delivery within three (3) days of us informing you that we have accepted your order but the time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make deliveries.

Standard Delivery
Delivery period is within 1 to 3 days.
There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.
For item with installation or customization services, buyer must check item to be in good condition before accepting item.

Express Delivery
Delivery period is within 12 hours.
We will use a third party delivery contractor to make deliveries.
Delivery cost quoted by third party delivery contractor will be borne by buyer.

 

Returns and Exchanges
1. All items sold are strictly non-refundable.

2. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this. 
3. Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 3 days from date of receipt. Returns are only accepted for defective items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact. Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
4. All items with installation or customization services cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.​

Liability

We will not be liable to you or any party for any damages, losses, expenses or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss or loss opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your order.

These terms & conditions supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements between us. We reserve the right to amend, vary and change these terms & conditions at our discretion without any notice.
